Load items from the front when the lockers are installed against a wall and the back side is sealed.
1. Staff places the items in the locker from the front using the electronic key
Use one of the provided wireless electronic keys to open any of the lockers. Simply tap the card on the NFC icon on the right of the front screen.
If an electronic key is lost or stolen, contact Boxie to get it disabled.
2. Staff presses the Order-Ready button
When the button is pressed, the order is marked as ready and the customer is notified that it can be picked up. Also, the screen and the LED lights turn green.
Make sure to close the door after placing the items.
