When the staff has access to the back of the locker (such as behind a counter dedicated locker wall), it is recommended to place the items from the rear.
1. Staff places the items in the locker from the rear
The back screens show the locker number, the customer name and the order number.
2. Staff presses the Order-Ready button
When the button is pressed, the order is marked as ready and the customer is notified that it can be picked up. Also, the screen and the LED lights turn green.
