Automatic Locker Assignment
Boxie integrates with the ordering system and it gets all the necessary order information. There's no need to type in the order details.
1. Order is automatically assigned to a locker
As soon as the order comes in, an available locker will be assigned to it. The customer name and logos are displayed. The front screen will be yellow and the LED lights turn on. The back screen also shows the order number.
Customers cannot open the lockers before the order is ready, but staff members can open at any time.
When there are more orders than lockers available, they are queued and assigned when one becomes available.
